While the main CDJ elements are all public and easily available for reference and exploration, I do sometimes make posts protected by custom groups or generic friend locks. This is often a result of not wanting to publicly display unfinished material or perfectionism and insecurity making me prefer to keep certain materials locked to only relevant eyes (such as the other half of a pairing).

I am, however, fairly lax when it comes to adding new friends. This especially applies if we've been playing together (or otherwise having contact through IJ) for a while and communicating out of character to a degree that we've clearly hit it off as friends. So if you want to friend this journal, feel free. Just comment on this entry if you'd like to be added back, as I don't keep track of new additions on my profile.

Also, I never expect comments or attention, so don't worry about that.

I hope you don't take offense to me commenting here, but I found your comment here and I didn't want to bother the original poster with my question, because I think you can help me. I want to do roll over images in my journal with this (http://www.puglypixel.com/2011/06/15/pixel-pointers-image-rollovers-part-1/) code (which is what I think the original poster found in someone else's journal) and you wrote that two part code that enabled transparency on images so I *think* you might know what I'm trying to do.

Once again, I'm really sorry to bug you, I'm just desperate and not having much luck.

Hi! It's no bother at all, and I'll be glad to help you if I can. (Sorry about the delay, holiday weekend and internet issues.)

Are you looking to make elements of your layout have the hover change, or do this in actual entries? I don't think it's going to be possible with inline styles per entry (IJ won't let you put a stylesheet at the top of an actual entry), but there may be a way to make it work similarly - if not exactly - to the code on that site if it's just within the layout.
